Checking In with Penthouse Pet Of The Year/Porn Star Lacy Lennon

Hello, Lacy! How are you? How are you doing?

"I am doing great! Time has flown by having fun! Just keeping busy with work and any extra time I have been spending it with my family. Good balance."

A huge congratulations on being Penthouse Pet of the Year! How did it feel to receive that honor?

"I had only one goal pertaining to the industry for the year of 2020. That was to achieve Penthouse Pet Of The Year and I did! It felt amazing because it is something I actually wanted. I try not to set my hopes too high because sometimes that leads to failure especially when last year was so hectic. I felt like I proved something to myself, seeing myself on that front cover truly solidified that I am rising as a brand. It relieved a lot of stress on my shoulders, but that is only because I hold myself to sometimes unrealistic expectations. I am honored and so grateful. Thank you Penthouse!"

You were nominated for some incredibly strong performances at the last AVN Awards and my favorite was your group scene for Adult Time's Under The Bed channel--The Night They Came For Lacy. What do you remember most about making that scene?

"What I remember most was being star struck. I could not believe that Joanna had picked me for that role when she could have picked anybody. I remember lots of dirt in lots of uncomfortable places. Ha! So worth it though the scene came out incredible. Working with Joanna Angel, Small Hands, and Katrina Jade was a dream come true. Everyone there was kind, professional, and full of laughter. It was an amazing time when the camera was rolling and even when it wasn't."

You were nominated for Best Actress for your work in Girlfriends Films' Alien Rhapsody. What did you love most about your role in that movie?

"This role Serene Siren said she had written it just for me. She knew that I could develop this complex character emotionally but it needed to be sold ASAP. I needed to bring myself to a place of total distress and on the brink of suicide. It is something that I have had experience with so I was angry at first, angry at my past. I channeled that energy, sat in a dark corner, and started reliving some of the horrifying emotions I had locked away. I told Serene I was only comfortable with going over the voiceover with her in the room. She is my friend and somebody who I trust in this industry. So I knew whatever or however I felt she would never judge me. It was intense and I even put her in tears by crying myself. After that it was quite late but we had to push on. My acting in the beginning committing suicide is something that will be with me forever. I worked really hard on this one. I hope more people see it."

How has the last year been for you making porn in these challenging times? What has the pandemic taught you about yourself?

"Honestly, the pandemic was really phenomenal for me. I rarely had time before to work on my brand at home. I have been able to goal plan, read more, build my business, and expand my social media following. I think it is funny that we live in a day and age of victim mentality. People have it so good they forget about the opulence that has been given, especially anybody that is a sex worker. People tend to be lazy and have used the pandemic as an excuse for why their success can't be reached. I didn't grow up with an easy life and I have been through times much worse than this pandemic. The one thing this pandemic has taught me is to not give a damn about what people are doing around me and focus on myself. If someone is in a bad place they are more than happy to drag you down with them. My solution is to mind my own business and stay focused on my goals."

What goals do you have set for yourself as a performer?

"I have about a million! I am constantly writing new goals daily for myself. In the future I will have a YouTube channel, I'll be streaming on Twitch, selling merchandise, going on expo tours, going back to school possibly for sex education or even psychology, and putting out more music. In the industry specifically I am hoping to debut anal, my DP, trans anal, and girl/girl anal hopefully sometime soon. Working harder on my features for the possibility of being nominated for AVN and XBIZ for Best Actress. Just being nominated overall for awards is a major goal of mine."

What makes you smile most these days?

"From the moment I got my dog, who's an Australian cattle dog, she has been my light anytime I am down. Nothing makes me happier than going on a hike and seeing her smile running through the trails. Singing of course makes me smile too. Being relaxed is my go-to anytime I get stressed. I take care of that by reading a book, going on a trip, seeing my family, or even playing video games. I am complex, yet so simple! Ha!"

You are cast as Black Widow in the upcoming Adult Time/Wicked parody to be directed by Axel Braun. What do you most look forward to about playing that role?

"Honestly what I am most ready for is my suit! It is SO amazing! Being on set with some of the most talented performers in the industry is so special. Being directed by Axel in general is a major highlight as well. He has these ideas in his head that are pure magic and brings them to life every single time. I am honored he has cast me. My only priority with Black Widow is to make the fans and Axel very proud. Oh and duh, some naughty steamy sex scenes, but that is the easy part."

So what else is coming up for you? What should your fans be on the lookout for?

"Fans should be looking out for Black Widow, a Jacky St. James feature, new scenes for Adult Time, Brazzers, Bang, Cherry Pimps, Nubiles, EroticaX, Dorcel, and MORE! I am constantly working so there are plenty of new scenes coming out. Most of my major projects I am not really allowed to give many details. So some secret stuff in the works, just be on the lookout."
