Michael Is Masterful In Porn Movies

Porn star Michael Vegas stars in a hell of a lot of great porn movies and he stars in Pure Taboo's excellent new scene "The Sting" with Gina Valentina and Charles Dera directed by Bree Mills and AVN Hall of Famer Craven Moorehead. He has been nominated for a mountain of awards since his debut in 2011, most recently for his performances in Wicked Pictures' "Unbridled" and "An Inconvenient Mistress" and Pretty Dirty's "Indirect Relations".  He also has a fabulous head of hair and is a standing crush object of a couple of Fleshbot's female staffers. What kind of guy were you back in high school? Who did you hang out with/date?
"When I was in high school, I was sort of always in the in between. I was not the popular kid but I was not a loner either. I think I spent most of my time riding BMX bikes and avoiding high school drama of all sorts. Sometimes I would hang with the popular kids but it was not really my scene. I preferred to hang out with a few dudes that were low key. As far as dating goes, I had a few girlfriends but I was not a lady killer. I tended to be known as Scott's little brother."

Were you a porn fan before you got into the industry? Who were your favorite porn stars/favorite porn movies?
"When I got into the industry, I was not a huge porn fan. That does not mean I was not a fan of porn, though. Don't get me wrong, I loved to jerk it to porn but I never really sought out specific performers or companies. Maybe having dial-up internet for so long really slowed down my pornographic intake. The three women I was aware of though were Jesse Jane, Lexi Belle, and Aria Giovanni. Something about those three really send some blood rushing."

What kind of scene have you found is your favorite kind to do so far?

"I have done nearly every type of scene out there and I have come to the conclusion that my favorite type of scene to do is a fantasy where we get to unleash raw, raunchy, passionately connected, hardcore sex. When we get to choose our own positions, let the scene flow through organically and not just fuck hard for the sake of trying to fuck as hard as possible, but instead fuck hard when the passion has brought the scene there. I try to actually pay attention to my scene partners and figure out what feels good for them as opposed to just joining team ramrod. If I go back and watch my movies, I want to see the reaction of my scene partner and know that was a real orgasm. Like.. wtf is the point if the sex isn't real!? Sexually speaking, I want to be able to do whatever I want in the scene but not feel like I have to keep up this fake destruction of my scene partner just for the camera. There is so much sex on camera that is faked and I hate it. There are so many guys in this business who might as well be fucking a hole in the wall with how much they are paying attention to their partners' sexual feedback. I have tried to watch scenes that start out good and then you see the expression on the girl's face not matching her acting and it is just a total turn off."

What/who do you want to do on-camera that you haven’t done yet?
"I want to do a well-choreographed sword fight sequence. I would love to jump out of a plane too. A car chase scene would be a phenomenal experience. Ooh... a triple penetration would be great to do. i love seeing the girls' faces when they are so stretched."

Who is your favorite performer to work with so far and why?
"I think it is a 3-way tie between Cherie DeVille, Kleio Valentien, and Abella Danger. I have such great chemistry with all of them. They are all sooo good at sex. The whole experience with them is just amazing beginning to end. LOL It gives me funny feelings to talk about them because they all make me feel so nice."

You respond to your fans a lot on Twitter. What do you like most about talking to your fans on social media?
"I have always loved people. You can learn so much if you listen. I like to take the time to learn all I can. I also like to play the politeness game. If you don't know how to be polite and respectful, you will be ignored. I have fans that I chat with daily because they are not energy vampires and have things to say that make me think."

How did you become a porn performer? What led you down that career path?
"It is a long story that has many twists and turns. an adventure that I love to share with people. I have also learned that an abundance of people ask me how to become a performer so I no longer give away my path for free. Pay me for my time and I will tell the tale of the Tactics of Michael Vegas. lol As far as what led me down the path to become an adult film performer? Movie making... I love movies and acting and role playing and living out fantasy. I love beautiful scantily clad women in movies with questionable plot lines and cheesy costumes. My whole life has lead me to where I am today. All of my loves of expression and freedom can be manifested in the adult film world."

What do you most want to achieve in the industry?
"I want to have experienced all this industry has to offer to me. I am excited to be moving into roles behind the camera as well, creating on both sides of the lens and delivering my visions to the audience."

What is one thing you would teach a man who wanted to be a better sexual partner?
"It can be summed up in one word but that word in not easily achieved in one way-- communication, verbal and non-verbal. Now, how well you go about sending and receiving communications during sex comes from a lifetime of formed communication patterns that may or may not serve you well."

What do you love most about working for Pure Taboo?
"The depth of acting that I am able to take the characters to when I work for Pure Taboo is amazing. I love working with them because I feel confident in them to capture the people I have to become. Lots of time the characters I am playing are not someone I want to be for very long. Some of them are absolute monsters... I know that they know how to really help me capture the monsters within."

What did you enjoy most about working with Gina Valentina in your new Pure Taboo scene?
"Gina, of course! She is such an energetic performer and my god, she is beautiful. I wish certain laws surrounding movie making did not exist sometimes because I feel that her and I would have taken this scene wwwaaayyyyyy further than we did."

How was being directed by Bree Mills and Craven Moorehead?
"I absolutely love being directed by Bree and Craven. They spend the time to help frame that character so that during the scene, you have the freedom to explore who you really are while keeping the history of the character in mind as to deliver the person within who feels like we have all encountered at some point in our life. They help me unleash me from Michael Vegas so that I can let you see the persona in me that is a reflection of their mind's eye."

What are your favorite fetishes to explore on camera?
"It is not often I really get to but I LOVE stretching buttholes. I love pegging. I love turning people into a good fuckhole."

Who are your role models in porn?

My number one role model is Charles Dera's mustache. Manuel Ferrara's path has given me much guidance. Danny D. is the man and has dispensed so much wisdom into my ears that I am so grateful for. Stormy Daniels, for sure."

What is the best mainstream movie you have seen recently?
"Baby Driver. That movie was just right. The pace of it was amazing. The cinematography was glorious and the acting was on point across the board. Being in a movie like that is a life goal, for sure."

How about the best porno movie? Is there someone whose movies you like to watch who is working now?
"Watch The Perfect Son for Pure Taboo. It is the best. They are sooo good. The movies Jacky St.James is putting out have been amazing lately."

What is coming up for you?
"So much on the horizon. More travel, more art, more films. Wicked, DP, Brazzers, Mile High, Erotica X, EVERYONE!! Very excited for the rest of this year."

If you could fuck any celebrity, who would it be?
"Martha Stewart. If she is that thought out when it comes to doilies, imagine what she is like in bed. She has probably already knit a cock ring for the occasion."

What single piece of advice would you give a brand new male performer?
"Do not be a douche bag."
