Only in Florida: Of Course the Instagram Model Was Nude When Arrested

In my column Only in Florida, I'll be taking you down to the Sunshine State for the latest and greatest sex stories that can only be found in the craziest state in the union.

The term "Instagram Model" has probably replaced the term "aspiring model" in our lexicon. But that doesn't mean that if one is an Instagram model, he or she isn't deserving of being a regular, run of the mill model. In fact, there are quiet a few Instagram models that are pretty and deserve our attention. Getting your name in the paper is always a good way to get some attention, but one Instagram model may want to rethink her strategy after getting arrested while at a Florida hotel. And yes, she was completely nude.

Police arrived to the Edge Hotel in Clearwater to find Instagram model Brissa Dominguez completely nude and causing a bit of a ruckus. Though, to be fair, Brissa Dominguez is kind of hot and one would think that her being nude would cause some kind of loud reaction. One of the arresting officers handed Miss Dominguez a towel to cover up, but it didn't go as planned. According to the police report Miss Domiguez “used said towel to strike in the face by swinging it in a whipping motion” and then “attempted to bite and spit on” and “mule kick” her.

At that point the officers did what was needed to arrest her. Miss Dominguez was arrested for trespassing, resisting an officer with violence, and battery on a law enforcement officer, but later she was freed from the county jail after posting bond. It should also be noted that drunk and nude man was also arrested in the lobby of Edge Hotel, but no word if it was related to Miss Dominguez's nude adventure.

There's an old saying that there's no such thing as bad press. At the time of her arrest Miss Dominguez had close to 74k followers and has now jumped to 80k followers on Instagram. Guess it goes to show if you're an Instagram model in Florida it pays to get arrested for being nude.
