Ryan Keely Is Guest Hosting on Vivid Radio!

Retired porn star Ryan Keely will be guest hosting Ash Hollywood's show on Vivid Radio through the month of January.  You can tune in to that on VividRadio.com or on Sirius XM channel 791.  Keely is a former Penthouse Pet and a Pet of the Year runner-up and she current hosts Playboy TV's Jukebox Live program.  He stopped doing porn two years ago after been a great all-girl performer for years.  Here are her answers to twenty questions.

What kind of girl were you back in high school? Who did you hang out with/date?

"I was the weird girl. I hung out by myself in the library, or with the stoners and the burnouts. But I also did theater and hung out with other theater kids, dated them as well. Some of my early boyfriends may or may not have been straight……."

Were you a porn fan before you got into the industry? Who were your favorite porn stars/favorite porn movies?

"I was a HUGE porn fan before I got into the industry. The first porn I really got into was Dreamquest. When I was 18, I got a job in a porn store in San Diego, mostly for the discount.

What do you think shaped you into the great performer that we saw in your porno?

"You can’t be good at porn if you aren’t passionate about what you do. I started performing because I wasn'’t seeing enough content with real orgasms. So I decided to cum hard on camera."

What do you expect your Vivid Radio hosting will be like? Any topics that you intend to focus on?

"It'’s Vivid! It’s radio! There is going to be dirty talk and hopefully it gets weird.… I love when it gets weird."

Who is your favorite female performer to work with and why?

"Jelena Jenson, forever and always. She'’s smart, gorgeous and I will always be a little intimidated by her. I feel so lucky every time I even get to kiss her."

You are very active on Twitter. What do you like most about reaching your fans there?

Twitter has been a part of my life since 2008. I check it first in the morning and last thing at night. It’s where I get my news, check in on my friends and hear from all the people that care about me. It’s an amazing tool, it’s enabled so many friendships that make my life so much richer. It will always be favorite social media platform.

Any plans to ever add male performers to your scenes?

"I retired from performing in 2012, and I’m happy with that choice. But who knows? We could have a Donald Trump presidency that ends with mutant biker gangs ushering martial law across a gaudy gold-plated wasteland. So never say never!"

What DVDs do you think are “must-owns” for your fans?

"In 2011 I wrote an article for Fleshbot outlining my top porn movies of all time. And honestly I’ve got no additions, though I do want to see the new Nacho DVD…. I always like his work." 

What is one thing you would teach a woman who wanted to be a better sexual partner?

"Communicate. No one is a mind reader and everyone cums differently. Let your partner know what’'s working and ask them what they like."

What Vivid Radio shows do you currently enjoy most?

"I adore Ash Hollywood and I’m so exciting to talk to her fans. But I also love Jelena'’s J-spot (he-ey!) and I have nothing but respect for Ashley Blue. Her book Girlvert is my all time favorite book about the porn industry. I'’ve read all of them, hers is the best, and the most honest."

What is coming up for you on the performing front?

"I’'m happily retired for the moment but I’'m planning on making all my scenes and photo sets available for my fans on clipsforsale.com. For my nerd fans I'’ll be launching an independent geek culture podcast in the next few months. If you liked what I did with Muff Said on DEATHSQUAD, prepare for the next level."

What do you like to do for fun?

"I do a lot of puzzles and LOVE listening to audiobooks. Also naps, I’'m really into naps…. But Magic the Gathering is my favorite leisure activity. I'’ve been so busy that it’s hard to get a group together so I’'ve been fucking with Hearthstone. It’'s not the same."

If you could have any guest on your Vivid Radio show, who would you choose?

"It’'s been a long time since I’'ve had a chat with Eric Everhard or Joey Silvera. Those are two perverts who shoot the porn they want to be in. I love interviewing them."

What do you remember most about your very hot award nominated scene with Jelena Jensen in "“Me and My Girlfriend”"?

"I wasn’'t even aware I was nominated! That’'s awesome! Having have romantic intercourse with Jelena is a goddamn gift. It’'s nice to know that the fans or whoever is in charge picked up on our chemistry and passion."

What is the best mainstream movie you have seen recently?

"I just watched Wild on streaming. I was afraid I wasn'’t going to love it as much as the book, but it was really good. So rarely does the film do the book justice. I’m looking at you Game of Thrones.

How about the best porno movie? Is there someone whose movies you like to watch who is working now?

"Hosting Jukeboxx for Playboy I only got to see short clips of films. I miss the days when DVDs were king and I got to watch a full feature porn film. I'’m never going to be into watching clips on a laptop. I'’m old school."

Are you into toys to get yourself off alone or are you a low-tech woman?

"When I’'m alone, I always use toys. I like to come quickly and hard."

If you could fuck any celebrity, who would it be? Give us your male and female choices and tell us why.

Zachary Quinto, I know I’'m not his type, but goddamn he is mine. In my fantasy brain, he’'s TOTALLY into me. And if I get two boys, give me Tom Hiddleston. My lady crush is Charlize Theron. I like them taller-than-me and smart."

After all of your years in porn, is there anything you would want to do differently if you had a second chance?

If I were to do it again I would have started earlier. I feel like I started a little too late for it to be lucrative. But I am definitely rich in experience! And isn’t that the greatest gift of all?
