Twenty Questions with Porn Star Roxy Raye

1) What kind of girl were you back in high school? Who did you hang out with/date?

From the start of high school I was quite the preppy girl. I cared way too much about what I wore and how I looked for others. I would say that my freshman year was definitely my more rebellious, slacking, slutty year. I didn't have a whole lot of girl friends in high school and mainly hung with the guys. As a freshman, I was also going to the same school as my brother and sister who were seniors at the time, so I hung with a lot of the older kids in general. Further into my high school years, after a terrible car accident that my brother
incurred, I straightened up a lot, went to a whole different high school and started caring a lot more about my overall grades, becoming a straight A student. As far as dating in high school, I only had one serious boyfriend that lasted close to two years, everything before was purely dates and slutty adventures, and lots of them.

2) Were you a porn fan before you got into the industry? Who were your favorite porn stars/favorite porn movies?

Wouldn't call myself a porn fan per se, or a fan like some would consider, at least. I definitely loved watching porn before I got into the industry, but was never a fan of the big budget mainstream kind, especially the porn with long cheesy story lines. Still to this day, the cheesy, soft core kind of porn does nothing for me sexually. I prefer watching amateur homemade videos that are raw and real, hardcore gonzo porn, or even people that are broadcasting live on cam. I really can't name one porn movie that I liked specifically, but as far as porn stars... I was very into Belladonna! I'll never forget the scene she did where a guy was shoving a baseball bat up her ass. I think I got off to that scene at least 50 times. LOL

3) When did you really discover the extreme anal that you are capable of?

I discovered that I really enjoyed extreme anal when I dabbled into the webcamming side of the business at the start of my career, around 19 years old. I didn't always start out using such big toys before, that just came over time. I started using tiny little toys, like most girls do when they start to explore anal. 6) You talk to your fans a lot on Twitter. What does having that relationship with them give you?

It gives me a lot of satisfaction to be able to talk to my fans, not just on twitter, but the whole social world that the internet has to offer. It's nice to hear feedback and compliments on the fly. There are some days where some fans really stand out and make me feel like a queen, especially if I'm having kind of a crappy day. Over the years, I've actually made some friends who were also just originally fans of mine. I don't just talk to my fans but I play online video games with many of them and that is a blast, too. Playing video games with
fans is a different level of connection because you are usually having fun and talking about other things outside of just your porn videos.

7) What’s your favorite position to get ass fucked in and why does it get you off?

For me, it just depends on the size of the cock. If a guy has a really long cock, I usually like anal on my side. 9) What do you most want to achieve in the industry? Is there something that will prove to you that you have made it once you earn it as a performer?

I don't have many achievements I want in the industry expect for just making people feel more comfortable in exploring their own bodies/ their partners without feeling shame or embarrassment. I'm not big on the fixed award shows, especially when they are not fan based, so that is not something I desire. I mean, It would be cool to get a fan based voting award sometime, but is not something that is an actual desire of mine. What I would also like to achieve from the industry is to walk away with healthy investments in other avenues
other than the adult industry. I think too many people in the industry forget that the income we make now doesn't last forever and it's good to get involved with new projects/stocks/
etc. now.

10) What are the best things about being a porn star?

OK, a few things.. I don't consider myself an actual star, but I would say being able to make my own schedule is pretty amazing. Also, being a porn performer you're able to act out fantasies that are more intimidating to set up in real life settings, such as getting two cocks in your ass, definitely not super easy to set up in real life, especially with big, rock solid cocks. (laughs)

11) What is the coolest thing about being able to prolapse?

This question made me chuckle inside. I think the “coolest” thing about being able to prolapse is the pleasure that it gives a lot of people who are voyeurs, since it isn't as common to see on a regular basis. 13) Who are your role models in porn and how/why do they inspire you?

To be very honest, I don't have any role models in porn. I've been in the business for awhile and so many people tend to come and go so fast. I will say, people like Greg Lanksy, Jonni Darkko, Jay Sin and a few others inspire me to be better at camera quality work though.

14) What do you think are “must-own” DVDs for your fans?

Is it bad that I want to say all of them? (laughs) I will say, if the Blacked scene I did ever makes it to DVD, I think that is one for most people to watch. I even love the idea of thinking that we will someday be able to actually travel to other galaxies, but I'm starting to get into another conversation with this, I could go on for days. 16) How about the best porno movie? Is there someone whose movies you like to watch who is working now?

No idea on the best porn movie. I will say I love gangbang creampie videos as of late though, so that usually includes amateurs which I don't have names to give you guys since they post this online without being a certain studio or production company in general, that most of you can look up.

17) Are you into toys to get yourself off alone or are you a low-tech woman?
