Chicagoans Can Finally Begin Practicing Safe Sex

WET Lubricants is the exclusive sponsor of the CHTC, or Chicagoland HIV Testing Collaborative, and as such, they are going to be distributing 100,000 safe sex kits that include a condom and a bottle of Wet Lubricant.

According to XBiz (link below), this will be a monthlong, citywide event.

The campaign begins on June 5 with mobile HIV testing all across the Chicago area and culminates on July 4. The citywide event is supported by 30 partners including the Chicago, Cook County, and Illinois Departments of Public Health, in addition to Chicago-area hospitals, community health centers and community-based organizations. In 2012, Step Up. Get Tested. made 40,000 contacts in one month and tested nearly 6,000 people.

As much as I do like to joke around, with over 1.1 million HIV infected people in the US and as many as 200,000 additional unreported cases, this is still a very serious, and very deadly disease that this company is trying to help eradicate.
