Model Pornstars: Andy San Dimas

Though mainstream modeling and porn often seem like two completely different worlds, there's actually a lot of overlap (and we're not just talking about Terry Richardson's photos).

Quite a few of our favorite pornstars started their careers in a more mainstream arena—and we'll be sitting down and talking to them about the differences between the two worlds (as well as giving you a glimpse at some of their mainstream work!). First up: Andy San Dimas.

Fleshbot: How did you get into mainstream modeling?
Andy San Dimas: I made a profile on onemodelplace.com, and before that I went through a Barbizon school. I mainly wanted money and attention.

How did you get into porn?
I had always been infatuated with porn stars and sex, and it seemed like a fun way to get attention and make enough money to live in LA (another dream of mine).

What's the most challenging thing about mainstream modeling?
Having the perfect body...it's a lot more competitive than porn.

What's the most challenging thing about working in porn?
It's actually not that challenging for me because I'm good at fucking and learning my lines...it helps to have a nice body, but it's not as mandatory as mainstream.

What mainstream models would you like to see working in porn?
I'd love to see Janice Dickinson circa 1985 in some filthy sex acts...she seems like a legit dirty whore.

What pornstars would you like to see doing mainstream modeling?
I think that Chanel Preston is really gorgeous. The same goes for Jessie Andrews...she's so tall and unique looking!
