Patrick Gets Poked

You'll forgive us for covering every appearance by our favorite Sean Cody model of the year with the kind of breathless enthusiasm usually reserved for things like national elections or Britney Spears nipple slip sightings, but we thought this latest development in the erstwhile heterosexual model's career trajectory was one of the most surprising things we heard about all weekend—and judging from the dozen or so tips we received about it within hours of the video's posting last Friday, a lot of our readers seem to think so too. We can only imagine where he's going to go from here: once you've hit bottom, there's nowhere to go but up, right?

A Fleshbot reader alerted us to the fact that SeanCody.com now only offers video clips in the dreaded rights-managed Windows Media format—which means that Macintosh users are going to have to jump through extra hoops to see Patrick and his pals should they shell out for a subscription, if they're able to view the clips at all. We appreciate the fact that some sites want to protect their content from unauthorized distribution, but is limiting access to a buggy, proprietary format that forces Mac users to use an antiquated, insecure browser the best solution? For once, Sean Cody is letting us down.
