You may remember Melissa Makeup from that time she gave us some beauty tips, or–more likely–from that viral gallery showing pornstars before and after being made up. If you’re like us, you wanted to know a little more about the artist, her methods and her madness, so here’s a short documentary about Melissa Makeup!

Photographer Jimmy De Sana passed away over thirty years ago, but his work is absolutely timeless. William S. Burroughs was a big fan of his, and they even collaborated on a project together called “Submission,” about which Burroughs exclaimed, “My dear, its all so Christian and medieval and gloomy.”

We’ve seen flowers that look like vulvas, vulvas that look like flowers, and vegetables that are jealous of flowers, but graphic designer/photographer/student Andri Kolava has finally given us something new: a pussy adorned/stuffed with flowers. Or maybe these are flowers stuffed with other flowers, or simply sex organs of one lifeform blended with those of another, we’ve lost track.

We first came upon (ahem) Negron’s artwork in the totally amazing erotic comic anthology Thickness. Since then we have been frankly obsessed with his colorful style, and also what would appear to be a fascination with luscious lady booty and the art of queening. Now that’s the sort of preoccupation we can get behind!

We stumbled across Miranda Lehman’s work during a regular browse of Indie Nudes, and since then, most of our free time has been spent looking through the archives of her photographs (dark fleshy bits with a zesty California flavor) and her drawings (erotic, with great attention to the small things that make sex memorable, like rug burn). Come, join us on an adventure in this wonderful woman’s mind!

Bizarre UK posted a basic introduction to pony play a while ago (courtesy of Rebecca Wilcox’s book, “The Human Pony”) with a lovely bunch of photos to help make concepts clear. What we didn’t see were the hand-drawn illustrations that Ben Newman did for the article. Fortunately, the artist posted his drawings on his personal blog, and they’re equal parts hot, informative, and hilarious!

Why did this Brazilian artist film a woman grinding on lettuce and jackfruit in a paint-covered car? What’s up with the mask? Are we supposed to be horrified or horny? Imagine our joy when we opened an email from photographer akirophoto and found this: a 3D Bobbi Starr slinging revolvers in the sun. Then imagine that joy doubling when we discovered we could buy a print for ourselves. We don’t own any of those red/cyan glasses, but it doesn’t matter. We’ll pour food coloring on our eyeballs and stare at the picture anyway!

Nobody wants to sleep on the wet spot, but that’s only when the wet spot isn’t painted by Diego Beyro in order to immortalize your uniquely exquisite O-face. We can’t think of a better canvas for this sort of image than bedsheets: they’re soft, silky, slightly worn but all the more comfortable because of it, and overall very much like skin.

This artist, whoever they are, spends their time making obscene doodles of hijab-wearing women with cartoonishly huge tits getting joyfully impaled on massive dicks. In the wrong light, this seems childish and silly, but really it’s all quite funny and well-drawn, and makes us think about the carnal ideals that porn attains to.

Some days you get trapped on an endless train of hardcore porn GIFs from and the world looks like it’s very subtly looping in front of your eyes; this happens to everyone. In an effort to illustrate this feeling, Richardson Magazine has taken a ton of naughty GIFs, smashed them together in a video, and put the whole thing to an Ariel Pink song. What used to take a whole night of loneliness and glazed eyeballs now only takes a minute and four seconds!

What’s black and white and getting us us hot and bothered? The illustrated smut featured on Apollonia Saintclair’s Tumblr, where humble pen and ink is transformed into breathtaking sexy art work.

Lauren McCubbin–who you may know from, uh, a billion things, but we remember her best as the illustrator for Michelle Tea’s graphic novel “Rent Girl”–recently posted a picture of a painting she’s working on to her Twitter account. It’s Arabelle Raphael, bound and masked, being buzzed to an explosive, open-mouth orgasm with the help of a friend. It’s breathtaking!

Actually, you may have seen this before; we once wrote about Jeff Faerber because of a gorgeous painting he did called “Two Stoyas.” Nonetheless, we’re writing about him again because everything he touches is magical, and he often chooses to touch nude (and sometimes pornstar) subjects, therefore our artistic interests and our duties to provide you with naughty pictures are both satisfied by his hand.

As we know, pussies come in an infinite variety of contours and shapes — and they’re beautiful, every one. The delicate line drawings of Quim (that’s cheeky British slang for vag!) Portraits capture their intricacies in a straightforward — and really, really cute — form.

Artist Jim Rugg is an indie comics darling who’s rather talented with a ball point pen and notebook paper. He’s also a dude with a very filthy mind. Put those together, and you get some sweet art–soon to be on display at LA’s iam8bit gallery–that we’re very thrilled to be able to preview here.

There are plenty of pornographers who consider themselves artists (with or without justification); sadly, there are fewer artists who delve into the realm of porn. But painter Bridget Reynolds isn’t afraid to get her canvas dirty, using her skills to render stills from porn movies in beautiful, monochromatic glory. Trust us: once you see her work, you’ll never think of double anal in quite the same way again.
