Mercedes Carrera Is Facing Child Sexual Abuse, Drug and Gun Charges

Mercedes Has Pleaded Not Guilty

Top MILF porn performer Mercedes Carrera and her partner Daemon Cins were arrested following a search of their Rancho Cucamonga, California home last week.

On Tuesday of this week, the Rancho Cucamonga Police Department's case was presented to the San Bernardino County District Attorney's Office for review, and then Carrera and Cins were formally charged with eight counts of PC 288.7 Sexual Acts with a child under 10 years old and one count of HS 11370.1 Possess Controlled Substance while armed with a handgun. That controlled substance is methamphetamine which the police say that they found in Carrera's home along with two loaded handguns.

The two were denied bail and remain in custody at the West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga. The couple has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
