We all know that the proof is in the pudding. And while none of us probably know where or how that saying came out, we all know what it means. So, when I say that Jessica Biel's workout are really doing wonders for her body, the proof is in the pudding... or in the case the proof is in the hotness of Jessica Biel's ass.
I have no idea what her routine is, but damn it, it works. I mean it works like really, really, really well. Whatever Jessica Biel does on a regular basis is probably one of the most effective workouts any of us have ever seen. Just look at her ass. Look at that incredible Jessica Biel ass. It's pretty damn amazing. You don't get a Jessica Biel ass by doing nothing, that's for sure. And you know what, I don't really want Jessica Biel to tell us what she does. I mean, she can if she wants, that's her decision, but I'd rather she kept it to herself. There's nothing like a little mystery in this world and how Jessica Biel gets that ass looking so great is mystery I love to see over and over and over again.
So, maybe Jessica Biel is coming out with a workout video or maybe she'll just be in one of the many health magazine or maybe not. The proof is in the pudding, my friends, and the pudding is fan-freaking-tastic.
