Katie Is Live on Vivid Radio!

AVN Hall of Fame performer Katie Morgan has returned to adult after a seven year hiatus. Between her HBO show, her podcast and her starring role in the Seth Rogen and Elizabeth Banks comedy "Zack and Miri Make  Porno", she stayed busy while she was away but it is a great thing to have her back and fucking in front of the camera again. Her new Vivid Radio show (available on VividRadio.com and on the SiriusXM app channel 791 ) "Having Sex, With Katie Morgan" is on the air now. Her show runs live every Wednesday from 1-2 PM Pacific or you can listen to it in the Vivid Radio's online archives.

So how is being back in porn after seven years off? 

"I'm having so much fun being back in porn. I've always loved the adult industry and it's so great to see old friends and make new ones."

What have you noticed that has changed in the industry while you were not performing?

"A couple of things have changed since I left. I am so happy that the industry now has fourteen day testing. The last time I was working it was still thirty days. Also, it seems like it's gotten much more competitive with the guys! They're all super hot and crazy ripped!"

What are you planning to do as a Vivid host?

"I plan on doing a fun upbeat sexy show, where fans can call in and interact with me and my porn star friends. We take questions from the audience members and answer them live on the air. It's like I always say we're not doctors but we are fucking professionals."

What Vivid Radio shows do you enjoy listening to most?

"I enjoy the Christy Canyon show, she is awesome."

Who is your favorite male performer/female performer to work with these days and why?

"I'm really bad at picking favorites they're also different. The girls are all so hot and awesome I haven't had a bad experience since I've been back. I will say I had an awfully lot of fun working with Alex Grey. As far as the guys go there are so many and they've all been so great. I really had fun with Johnny Castle and Seth Gamble and of course Evan Stone is one of my all-time favorites. Also, I haven't got to work with him yet but I really want to work with Ryan Driller."

What goals do you have for yourself this time around?

"The same as I always had! Have fun, live life, and entertain people while I'm doing it."

What do you remember most about starring in "Zach and Miri Make A Porno"?

"Shooting 'Zack and Miri' was so much fun. It was a blast working with all those talented people and especially Kevin Smith. But what I definitely remember the most is the cold! I had never spent a winter in the Northeast before. That was that eye-opener for me."

What is it like being in the AVN Hall of Fame?

"It was amazing getting inducted into the AVN Hall of Fame--it's such an honor to be in such good company."

What is one thing you would teach a woman who expand her sexual boundaries with her partner?

"The best advice I could give anyone on that is to be open and honest with your partner. The biggest key to better sex is communication in bed. That advice isn't just for the ladies--it goes for the guys as well."

What are the best things about being a porn star?

"There's a long-running joke that you get unsung siren when you don't get nominated for anything else but the industry still wants to say, hey we like you, we know you're working your ass off. It was such an honor to receive, it's always great getting acknowledged by your peers for hard work."

Who are your role models in porn and how/why do they inspire you?

"It's kind of funny asking for role models in porn but they're there. I've had lots over the years, but the standout is definitely Luc Wylder and Alexandra Silk. I learned so much from them on the business side, but also they are an amazing example of a healthy long term sexually open relationship. I love them both so much."

What else is coming up for you?

"I always have so many projects in the works. On the adult side and the mainstream side too. And of course I'm always on my feature dancing tour look for me at a club near you."
