Sharen Camille Wasn’t a Big Fan of Her Nudity in “Psycho IV: The Beginning”

To be completely honest, I didn’t even know there were sequels to the movie Psycho, much less four of them. And while the movie buff in me is upset because the original is a masterpiece and it doesn’t need sequels, apparently one of the starts of Psycho IV: The Beginning had a problem with the film, too. Well, Sharen Camille had a problem with the nudity.  

Now, I haven’t seen Psycho IV: The Beginning, so I can’t judge the movie, but Sharen Camille has some pretty awesome nudity. Here's what she had to say about it:

I would say that the sexual stuff wasn't that bad, but the nudity was a big issue. That was definitely something that I had to think long and hard about—I hadn't before that time really thought about where I stood philosophically on it. I never thought something like that would come up for me. When it happened in the context of how much time I had in the film, what I was doing, and the people I was working with, I didn't feel at all like I was just doing some television B-movie with gratuitous nudity, so I was able to feel OK about it. Now, the guy that I was dating at the time completely flipped out, and it was a really bad situation for me in terms of my personal life. Professionally, I don't feel like I've lost any parts or credibility because of it. It was awkward at the time.  

It’s kind of too bad that Sharen Camille’s first nude scene was awkward for her, I think we all would have enjoyed her naked a few more times.
