What kind of guy were you back in high school? Who did you hang out with and date?

"I was a theater kid. I was very active in the drama group, both backstage and on stage. I hung out with fellow actors, filmmakers, and musicians. I was a fairly good student in mainly all honors classes, although I was easily distracted, mostly by sex. I had quite a few girlfriends and flings in high school—I was getting my bearings, you could say."

Were you a porn fan before you got into the industry? Who were your favorite porn stars and favorite porn movies?

"Big time. Since the days of AOL, I was watching porn. I didn’t really know how to use the Internet at first, so I would type things into the search bar like, “Bigboobs.com and Sexinbathtubs.com.” Favorite performers at the time were Sandra Romain, Hillary Scott, Jayna Oso, Peter North, and James Deen."

What do you think shaped you into the man that we see in your porno?

"I don’t think I can truly answer this. My life outside of porn, perhaps? I like to be active and explore—I bike and hike often. I like to adventure—road trips and camping trips. I spend a lot of time reading and writing. I spend too much time watching films. All of these combined have aiding in making me who I am today."

What or who do you want to do on-camera that you haven’t done yet?

"I am curious to have sex with India Summer underwater."

Who is your favorite female performer to work with and why?

"Loaded question! Some favorites thus far: Adriana Chechik, Piper Perri, Aidra Fox, Ava Dalush, Carter Cruise, Bree Daniels, Kendra Lust, India Summer, etc, etc." 

You are very active on Twitter. What do you like most about reaching your fans through social media?

"The beauty of social media is I/we can now mold our own personal branding platforms. We can create our characters our own way. On top of that, we can directly connect with our fans and instantly gauge their opinions of scenes, appearances, etc."

What’s your favorite position to fuck a woman in and why does it get you off?

"Any position where my penis is inside of her. It gets me off because my penis is inside of her. No, but seriously, I get off on the girls being in control. I have a fascination with aggressive girls, so I generally like them to be on top. What is one thing you would teach another man who wanted to be a better sexual partner?

"Be engaging. Be surprising. Be confident. Be generous. Be patient. Convince your lover that there is no other place you’d rather be than in that moment with them."

What are the best things about being a porn star? How has it made your life more fulfilling?

"Besides enough sex to last any man a lifetime, porn has offered me innumerable time to focus on my “art,” which is my writing. When I am not on set I have the freedom to do whatever I want, go wherever I want, and be any person I want. In a way, porn has allowed me to be liquid."

What movies of yours would you say are ones that are “must-owns” for your fans?

"All of my Sweet Sinner features, of course (watch Shades of Kink 5 now). Also, my New Sensations features are personal favorites of mine."

How was working with Julia Ann in “Shades of Kink 5?”

"She’s wonderful, always a consummate professional. She’s a storyteller; she has so much life experience both on and off screen. I recommend every new performer take an opportunity to sit and discuss the industry with Julia; she is a wealth of knowledge."

What kind of kink would you like to be booked to perform more?

"A) Well, like I mentioned earlier, water play intrigues me. Maybe some breath deprivation? Personally, I have only been rigged (tied and bound) a handful of times. I think I would actually like to be restrained a bit more in the near future."

What else can we look forward to seeing from you in the coming months?

"I’ve been working on my first novel for the last two years and I finally feel it’s in sound condition. I’ve been making moves to have it see the light of day, so hopefully its release will be in the near future. Other than that, let's see—there will be more Instagram selfies, more stories on my website, Whoislogan.com, more camping trips, more piano videos, but most importantly, you will see me in some incredibly hot porn."

What is the best mainstream movie you have seen recently?

"In Theaters: The Gift, Ex Machina, Mad Max. 
At Home: The Overnight, Kurt Cobain: Montage of Heck, Faces.
Anticipating: Green Inferno, Goodnight Mommy, Black Mass."

How about the best porno movie? Is there someone whose movies you like to watch who is working now?

"I couldn’t exactly say in regards to new releases. I’m not much of a feature guy—I prefer to indulge in gonzo porn, probably because it's concise and typically has a stronger emphasis on raunch. As far as performers I like to watch, well, is this where I confess my current porno crushes? Because I do have a few ... I like watching Marsha May, Amber Rayne (who unfortunately retired), Goldie, Layla Price, Kate England, etc, etc."

What do you like to do for fun?

"A fun day for me consists of biking around the city, going to the beach, reading Bukowski or Miller, having a few drinks, indulging in LA’s fantastic food culture, having a beautiful girl dressed in knee high socks and a snapback roll a blunt for the two of us, having wicked sex, and then writing about it all in my notebook."

"Another loaded question. I adore Amanda Seyfried and Maika Monroe."

After all of your time in porn, is there anything you would want to do differently if you had a second chance?

"I’ve had a pretty idealistic career as a performer. Maybe I would curb my off-screen romances, sometimes those instances linger and my reputation proceeds me."
