Only in Florida: Car Top Kitty Diddler

Orlando resident Amie Carter had herself a hell of a time recently...

According to Tomo News (link below), a Florida couple was just minding their business late one night when Amie decided to insert herself into their lives...

While driving on Formosa Avenue in Orlando, Florida Sunday night, a couple stopped their vehicle when they spotted someone walking naked in the street. 

That woman was Amie Carter. The couple said they saw Carter “diddling her kitty” in the middle of the road. Carter then climbed on top of the hood of the couple’s Lexus where she jumped and stomped $1,500 worth of damage. She also threw a cell phone at a car stopped behind the one she was on. 

Somebody eventually called the police. When officers arrived at 11:15 p.m., they spotted Carter in the middle of Formosa Avenue, buck naked amid the traffic. Police allege Carter was drugged out of her mind. She kicked her legs in the air as officers put the cuffs on. 

Now, before we have too many laughs at Amie's kitty diddling antics, she's clearly a troubled woman as this Smoking Gun report indicates...

Carter... was arrested for criminal mischief and exposure of sexual organs. She was booked into the Orange County jail, where she remains locked up in lieu of $1100 bond.

According to court records, Carter’s rap sheet includes prior arrests for narcotics possession, theft, resisting arrest, burglary, drunk driving, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
