Twenty Questions with ArchAngel Contract Superstar Remy LaCroix

ArchAngel contract performer Remy LaCroix is quite the star in the porno universe.  She is the latest ArchAngel contract performer and stars in their all-oral release "#My Face" and this year, she is up for three AVN Awards including Best All-Girl Group Sex Scene in Girlfriends Films' "Mysterious Ways", Best Double Penetration Sex Scene in Vivid's "Squatter" and Best Girl/Girl Sex Scene in Belladonna/Evil Angel's "Gabi Gets Girls".  She has already been AVN's Best New Starlet along with a ton of other awards and she is a solid fan favorite.  I'm really looking forward to seeing what she does with ArchAngel.  Here are her answers to twenty questions.  

1. What kind of girl were you in high school? Who did you hang out with/date?

I was a pretty normal teenager; I did well in school, I played sports, and I sang in choir. I never strived for popularity, I was happy with my few close friends and occasional boyfriends.

2. Were you a porn fan before you got into the industry?

I was! I watched a ton of porn, especially right before I started shooting. I was really into BDSM and extreme porn, no particular stars or anything, just like really raunchy stuff! I was missing that in my sex life and found it incredibly hot.

3. What do you think shaped you into the sexually strong performer that you are on-camera?

Confidence. It's everything when you are naked and vulnerable, out there for the world to see. I also don't ever watch my scenes. I feel like that would make me all too aware of the aesthetics of the scene vs the genuineness of the content.

4. What is it like having all those awards and nominations for your performances?

It feels fucking awesome! And I'd still consider myself a rookie, which is great. So much room to keep growing. But to be recognized and deemed the best at something? That is really, truly rewarding.

5. What do you like most about working for MimeFreak?

Working with MimeFreak is always fun because we get to be silly and creative, and in that environment, he'll always get the best out of me.

6. How have you grown sexually since you became a porn star?

With experience comes preference. Having said that, my tastes have definitely changed. I used to only love BDSM-style sex, whereas now most of my scenes are very sensual. I still love hardcore anal... It'll always have a special place in my heart. Haha!

7. What's your favorite position to get fucked in and why does it get you off?

I really love to be on top, cowgirl-style. I like being able to control the sex and kissing, and having my ass grabbed and spanked. It really is the perfect position!

8. What kind of advice can you give to a woman who wants to try anal sex?

I would tell her to try it when she's really ridiculously horny. Like, actually craving it. I find the best anal sex is when my body is hungry for it, not when I am trying to fit stuff up there!

9. What made you decide to be a contract performer for ArchAngel?

They came to me with an offer that I feel is so perfect for my career and my happiness right now. We have months and months of killer projects to work on, and every one of them is going to have my undivided attention now. Arch is giving me a great outlet to be creative and grow as a performer over the coming months.

10. What are the best things about being a porn star?

The actual best thing about being a porn star is being known for being sexy and confident in my most vulnerable state. Whether or not other people look at porn the same way as me, it still takes a ton of heart and bravery to do what we do for the world to see, and be the sexiest at it too!

11. What is your favorite type of scene to do?

I love girl/girl scenes so much, but I'm way more satisfied at the end of an anal scene.

12. What do you most want to do in your scenes for ArchAngel?

Be me! Ha ha. I'm definitely going to keep shooting what I love, maybe up my blowjob game a little bit. I don't think people really know how much I love it!

13. Who are your role models in porn?

I don't have any.

14. Any advice to other women on how to get a booty like yours?

Be born of Portuguese heritage! Ha ha. All the women in my family have the same body shape, so I have to think that counts for a lot of it.

15. Best mainstream movie you've seen recently?

I recently saw Interstellar and loved it. It was different than a lot of movie plots we have seen, however plausible, and the acting tore at my heart strings. It's a good film.

16. How about best porno movie? Is there someone working now that you like to watch?

My favorite scenes to watch are Mike Adriano's. He's got the best angles and he does all the dirty stuff!

17. Are you into toys to get yourself off alone? Or are you a low-tech woman?

I need my vibrator to get me off. I could use my hand, but after having a serious vibrator for years it's kind of hard to go back... But I wouldn't consider a vibrator too high-tech.

18. If you could fuck any celebrity, who would it be?

I would fuck Natalie Portman and Taye Diggs. Separately, and then together.

19. What is coming up for you?

Lots and lots of new scenes and movies coming out soon, like the showcase from Hard X as well as various releases for ArchAngel. Also, I will be learning about production and writing this year in the hopes of attacking next year from the other side. I have a huge creative space in my soul that is dying to be explored. I can't wait to make my own movies.
