It’s one thing to touch a nipple with your fingertips–to pinch it, brush up against it, understand its stiffness or tenderness–but to really appreciate the texture of a nipple is to let it run over your lips and tongue. Then it’s not you touching the nipple, but the nipple touching you, tracing a line down your mouth, escaping your hot breath. That’s when you learn something about that breast.
