The Day Miley Cyrus Met Jessie Andrews

They were, and the song is about Jessie, so Miley must be familiar with her. Does the music video show Miley Cyrus with a bunch of cake on her boobs. Yes, it does, and that's the real treat here.

According to MTV, dubstep artist Borgore wrote "Decisions" about his ex, Jessie Andrews, and she showed up on set of the music video to show her support. He asked her to make a cameo, and so she did. The only time we see Jessie is for a few seconds around 1:07 when a little person wearing a tuxedo pushes her butt down the sidewalk, so we doubt that she got to hang with Miley. However, she did comment on Miley to the press, saying "She doesn't want to be Hannah Montana anymore; she wants to be her own person. ... The way she's dressing, the hair, the music--everything is outside of the box. It didn't really surprise me." Us neither, Jessie.

Anyway, we're a bit disappointed that this video didn't show Miley and Jessie making out or something like that. We're still hopping for a Freaky Friday-like mixup in which they switch lives and business continues as usual. Don't you think Jessie could be a former Disney star? And don't you think that Miley is biting Drew Deveaux's style?
