Help This Documentary About Pornstar Parents Come To Life

The ever-thoughtful Jiz Lee recently called our attention to a fledgling documentary called "Born Into Porn," about the thoughts surrounding/the struggles faced by adult industry professionals raising children. It's a heavy topic that deserves to be explored, and this project definitely deserves our help.

The clip below only shows former performer Hyapatia Lee talking about her roles as adult star and mother, but, as Jiz points out, there are a bunch of porn performers who are fantastic parents, adding, "It's disheartening to see the prejudice they — and their children face — by other parents, school officials, and anyone who may happen to know and judge them about their chosen profession." Obviously one documentary isn't going to dispel all of the stigma surrounding the porn world, but with the right funding, "Born Into Porn" could be a fascinating film as well as a shining demonstration of the fact that pornstars are people.
