    Years ago, I worked for an AT&T call center, and I sold her a Blackberry. The name was “Nicole Austin” and didn’t mean much to me, until she mentioned who her husband was. I didn’t believe her, just happy to make my sale, but a few days later she sent me a login/password to her website at my corporate email address. It was only good for a month, but the bragging rights will last a lifetime.
