Montana Fishburne’s Porn Backstory: Now With Even More Sordid Detail!

To the handful of you still convinced that Montana Fishburne was a bored celebrity daughter who randomly decided that her path to fame was a Kim Kardashian-style sex tape (distributed by Vivid, natch): that is probably not what happened.

Let’s set aside the fact that Montana shot scenes with Brian Pumper long before she worked with Vivid. There are now allegations that Montana was arrested for prostitution last fall. So much for the innocent young girl getting into porn to become a celebrity….

    Kind of unrelated note, but this post reminded me of something I’ve always wondered. Which is: why is porn even legal if prostitution isn’t? They both include having sex for money, so what’s the difference?

    Not trying trying to argue that porn should be outlawed, just genuinely curious about how the law separates the two acts.
