Last week, we sat down with Belladonna to discuss her thoughts on how best to prep for sex—through eating, exercise, and other assorted tips. We can't promise that her advice will turn you into the next Belladonna...but it certainly couldn't hurt.

Fleshbot: You're super fit and you're clearly into health, nutrition and fitness. Is that something you've always been into, or was there a point in your life you became more focused on it?
Belladonna: I think there's always been kind of a curiosity there, but it definitely started to really matter when I got pregnant. That's when I was just like, super attracted to those kinda books or would look at them and I'd grab them, read them, learn a lot. I think when I got pregnant, it was like something changed inside of me and it was like ok, this isn't just about you. This is about your daughter as well. It's like, how can you create the best environment for this baby to grow? And then that's when I actually started learning how to care about myself. Because I have to say I didn't really care too much about my health before then.

And when you started caring about your health, did you notice any effect on the kind of sex you were having? Did paying more attention to your body improve your sex life?
Oh, definitely. Because I was more cautious about, you know, how to prepare for sex or how to prevent catching certain things or being able to last longer. Or, you know, believe it or not, my pussy is wetter when I eat really healthy—I notice the effect. Before I had a lot of issues with having a hard time down there, like getting a little dry even when I was turned on. So, it makes a big difference, yeah.

So what do you think is the most important thing that you do fitness-wise or health-wise to make your sex life as good as it possibly can be?
I have to say that the exercise—both eating and exercise are really important for my sex life. Because not only am I able to last in bed and not be exhausted, but I'm also extremely wet and I feel sexy and I smell sexy. You know, every part of my body smells just like, fresh. I mean I've smelled a lot of pussies and a lot of dicks and a lot of mouths and asses and I know there's a completely big difference. But yeah, I think keeping a balanced diet and exercise, not going overboard with either is really important for my sex life.

You're also incredibly flexible, which I would think probably helps out in some situations. How do you stay so flexible?
Well, I do yoga and that is where I really stay flexible, for—you know, it's awesome to be flexible in bed and you can just do so many different things. But I do that yoga and, you know, it makes a big difference if you do it every day, even if it's just like a 20 minute yoga workout. If you don't do it for a week you feel the difference.

In terms of some more advanced sex acts: I know you've talked a bunch about how to train your ass if you're doing an extreme anal scene. What kind of training do you do; how much time do you spend on that?
Usually if I know like, for example I'm going to be doing a scene where there's a guy who has a huge 13-inch cock I will, 2 weeks before the scene, start to warm my ass up every night, play with it, and then gradually go up in size to the size that I know is gonna be in me. Sometimes you do enema stuff. I always have to prepare, you know, when I'm doing those types of things. I don't know if that's the same category of fitness. I mean, it helps—you definitely have to pay attention to what you're eating. And it can help—if you eat certain things it can help make for a better time with your enemas.

For people doing enemas, what kind of things should they be eating?
I would say for me like what I pay attention to is just having a good balanced amount of fiber in my diet so I'm not having to really go full force and clean it—you know, I'm not doing colon hydrotherapy for this type of scene. I'm just cleaning it out. So the fiber helps and also remembering to have probiotics still in your system because when you're doing those types of things you're taking out good bacteria as well. So those types of things help me, and just drinking lots of water—staying hydrated is really important I think for any type of sex.

Do you think there are foods that actually help make you taste better, or just help with libido?
Definitely. I think for both men and women. Like you can tell when—I've eaten a lot of cum and there's been guys that just taste awful and there's been guys where I've been like, "I can drink this all day." And I ask the guys who taste good like, what, are you doing something special or what do you eat or what is it? And a lot of guys have said pineapple and I've also heard parsley. So maybe if you do like, a pineapple parsley juice or what do you call that, a drink or whatever...I think if you were doing this every day they would definitely make a difference. And one of my favorite things for sex now is if you get cold pressed coconut oil—that is what I use for lube.

Because you can eat it—you can eat it in your shakes, you can eat it just plain, whatever you want. You can use it as a body lotion, you can use it as a personal lubricant. It tastes good, it smells good, and it's good for you. It's like, the best thing ever. I love it. [And] I've seen that you can tell a lot by the diet someone has by what they taste like, even with you know, piss and cum, and girls sometimes have a very acidic taste depending on their diet too. So all that makes for a great-tasting pussy. I check myself—sometimes I'll just like, stick my fingers in and i'll smell and I'll taste, and if I taste like, off, then I'll know that something's not balanced in my body. But most of the time I feel like I'll just be like, "Wow, that's good."

Are there any foods you think people should avoid?
Like before sex or just in general?

Both.
I'm not a nutritionist, but I read a lot about nutrition and I'm a big believer in just, you know, staying away from a lot of processed foods. I mean, it's fun to eat every once in a while and it's definitely something that is very hard for people to stay away from. But the truth, it's been proven time and time again that that food can cause very damaging things on your body, especially over a long period of time. So I always try to eat very clean, fresh, delicious food.

And on the day of, what are things you might not wanna eat right before you have sex with someone?
Onions, garlic, like stuff that just stays in you. You know, I think it's very courteous for filmers, and people who are in general having sex with somebody to really pay attention to those kinds of things. Maybe there's someone out there that likes that, but if you're not someone who likes that, you know, yummy tasting things like pineapples and like, strawberries maybe, peppermint—those types of things that are good things to have smelling in your mouth before you have sex with somebody. I've seen girls eating freaking chicken fried rice before a scene. And it's like really? You're gonna suck his dick now and like, throw up that on his dick. I don't think that's hot at all.
