    It would be interesting to find how many divorces occur where one partner or the other, or both, have a sex-tape made amongst the separating couple. How are they dispensed? I am thinking, whoever possesses it prolly keeps it; to attempt to divy it up would be a revelation of a sex-tape in the first place.

    The more pressing issue is non-marital, non-legally-bound unions, dating couples, friends with benefits. There is no judicial mechanism that one could even contemplate to settle up the tapes — unless Judge Judy wants to do a TVMA episode — but the existence of the tapes might be even more dangerous for the non-possessor than in the case of a divorce, with, oh, yeah, sex-tapes. As long as it doesn’t rise to stalking/menacing, the holder of the tape can do with it as s/he pleases, to the point of besmirching the other partner’s social rep. &, as I said, there is little, if anything, to stop that.

    What to do, then? Just revel in one’s lack of inhibition, one’s willingness to try things sexually? Treat it as a Bronze Star for being GGG?
