    Its called a slip in the U.S. It’s an undergarment that is shaped like a skirt. A slip is designed to keep the outer garment from clinging but lately it can be a figure control undergarment too. It’s my best guess but look at how far it is above the hem of her skirt and then look at the edge of her skirt on the viewer’s left. Look half way between the hem and the first wrinkle.
