The Debate Over Topless Sunbathing Rages On…And Keeley Hazell Shocks Us All

The Debate Over Topless Sunbathing Rages On...And Keeley Hazell Shocks Us AllTopless sunbathing—once de rigueur on European beaches—has fallen on hard times. Last summer, we heard it was officially out of fashion, now some French beaches are even fining women who attend the beach sans top.

Fine, upstanding news source that it is, London’s Sun has decided to wage a debate about the subject in today’s paper. On the pro side is noted feminist Germaine Greer, who no doubt offers the opinion that bodies are natural and nothing to be ashamed of. On the con side is…Keeley Hazell?

Yes, unless The Sun is outright tricking us, the Page 3 princess and owner of some of the world’s best boobs now thinks that girls should keep their tops on while on the beach. We…we just don’t know what to say. Keeley, how could betray us like this?

This kind of news calls for drastic action. Readers, what say you: should Keeley be stripped of her coveted Crush Object status? On the one hand, we value all the good times we shared, and memories we made; on the other…how can we laud someone who’s against topless sunbathing?

This is going to take a good deal of deliberation, we’ll tell you that.

Sorry, Keeley’s stance is unforgivable. Revoke away!

Has anyone ever had their crush object status revoked?

Deliberation? Is that what we’re calling it now?

“Yeah, I’ll be in my chambers… uhh deliberating”

First, one must take into consideration that English tabloids like the Sun are not known for, ahem, “journalistic excellence”. Can we say, “manufactured controversy” that takes advantage of Keeley’s newfound boob-chastity?

Second, is nudity an absolute requirement to be a Crush Object? I crush on Bar Refaeli, although, granted, she is an international crush object and doesn’t need Fleshbot’s certification. (And being from Israel, Bar probably has no problems with the topless beaches of Tel Aviv. Rowr.)

Perhaps we can go a bit softer on Keeley. Instead of revoking her outright, we could just “retire” her number into the Fleshbot Crush Object Hall of Fame?

I say she is on notice!

  • I.M.B.Y What’s THIS for…!

wal… I think I need to see exactly what she said, considering the source and the fact that the link provided(at least on the surface) did not provide that.Who knows, maybe she was quoted out of context. But in general, I say she has earned a right to have her opinion considered when it comes to nudity.

and seriously, I am to busy looking at that pic of her tits to find the quote. Isn’t that enough?

    Contemptible. Disgraceful. Lamentable.

And for clarification’s sake, these denigrations are not in reference to Ms. Hazell, but are in regards to the statements of Ms. Lux, the Fleshbot staff, and the other commenters on this page who seem so willing to disparage the reputation and status of one who has previously been practically sanctified by this very site, simply because she has allegedly expressed a pro- public modesty opinion with which certain individuals do not agree.

I find it quite amusing that after spending years racking up thousands upon thousands of web page views (and, I would imagine, advertising dollars) derived from linking to nude pictures, videos and interviews of Keeley, Fleshbot is suddenly willing to strip her of her well-deserved Crush Object status (or retire her/put her on notice) because she (may have) expressed a personally held opinion that she is not a big fan of walking around in public with her tits out.

I think it’s quite ridiculous for anybody here to complain about Keeley’s (alleged) preference to keep her top on in public and her recommendation of the same for other beach-going women.

For one, Keeley has freely displayed her assets on countless occasions to the great pleasure of others; and has obviously been more willing to share her beauteousness than every other non- porn-performing editor, writer, and commenter on this site put together.

Secondly, I find it quite rich for an American website to be complaining that fewer women are willing to go top-free on public beaches, considering that the United States is one of the least nude-friendly nations in the Western hemisphere, and that the number of American nude beaches pales in comparison to the quantity in Europe, (and that’s after taking into account the enormous population, land mass, and coastal territory of the U.S.A. in comparison to the countries across the Atlantic).

Finally, it is rather saddening to realize that freedom of speech and conscience are apparently not welcome without the threat of censure here, even though this is a pornographic site purportedly centered on progressiveness, tolerance, and the breaking of established boundaries. I guess I had the wrong idea about this place, since it appears that second-hand, uncorroborated hearsay regarding an individual’s alleged comments in a tabloid journal is enough to sink a person’s reputation around here.
