You might wonder how one follows up a masterpiece like “Filth Cums First 3.” With Rebeca Linares, Lacey McGuire, Megan Monroe, and Priva—and none-too-shabby bonus scenes featuring Sasha Grey and Jenna Haze—it’s a lot to live up to.
But Chase Evans, Priya Rai, Kristina Rose, Carmel Moore, and Jenny Hendrix manage to live up to their predecessors with the age-old recipe of filth, filth, and more filth.
