There’s a shortage of good sex scenes in mainstream movies—but then again, creating a good sex scene is a difficult proposition. Keep it tame, and it’s boring; get explicit, and you distract the audience from the plot.
This scene from “El Juego del Ahorcado” seems to strike the perfect balance: it’s sexy enough to get us excited, but not so over the top that we can’t focus on the plot of the film…uh, whatever that actually happens to be.
