If Maxim got a bit more butch (in its choice of female bodies to showcase), I would be stoked. I also think it’s due, at least on the margins. Consider that among Playboy’s “Girls of the Big 10″, we have ‘Elia Turner’ (prolly not her real name) from Penn State. Close-cropped of hair, though with a woman’s shape (small breasted, all the same… but not a problem, in the slightest)… So, if butchiness is mainstream enough for Playboy, Maxim will be the next domino to fall.
