Tyra Takes On Sex Work

We’ve had many bad interesting experiences with Tyra Banks in the past, so it comes as no surprise that we were, well, a bit confused by her latest “Porn Town” episode. Here’s the gist: Tyra takes a bunch of different sex workers (including Fleshbot Crush Object Sinnamon Love), puts them on stage, and forces them to fight over things like who’s more respected and higher status! They even get to assign each other roles in their little “Porn Town”! Who will be mayor… and who will be custodian?

    I’d really love to see Tyra take on Monique Alexander. If the latter’s history is any indication, she’s leave Banks wetting her pants and crying. ‘Dumb cunt’ seems a striking compliment when it comes to Tyra Banks. A lingerie model who hosts a reality TV contest that extols the virtues of scrutinising and objectifying women as little more than walking mannequins? What right does she have to criticise someone for taking their clothes off and having sex in front of a camera for money?

    I had no idea I was a fleshbot crush object! :) The show was so contrived, so “organized” to make sure you gave the answers they wanted you to give. Anything extra was cut out. Example: My response to Tyra’s comment about my kids being old enough to “come across” what I do for a living. Also, in the beginning of the show Tyra asked the audience how many of them saw us all as “the same woman,” and was shocked at the minority of the audience responding that way… so they cut that intro out. Lol!

    I’m glad you all enjoyed it so to speak.. and hope I represented the industry relatively well. :)
