Breaking: Max Hardcore Sentenced To Forty Six Months In Jail

It’s a tough time to be obscene — at least if your name is Max Hardcore. The notorious pornographer has been sentenced to 46 months in prison and fined more than $1.4 million. (avn.com, more at xbiz.com)

    It’s a sad day for porn. While his stuff was pretty awful, we cannot dictate what is fappable or not. I’m afraid now for future suits that are going to be filed because of this ruling.

    I approve of him being in jail, but not for this. The man is slime, gives good pornographers a bad name. Unfortunately, this’ll just drag everyone down.

    no, no it isn’t. The man is scum, but he’s legal scum. You wanna get him, get him on rape, abuse, sexual assault, whatever you can make stick. Going to jail for being obscene is just that. Its fucking insane.
