The People Of Bartlett Grove Vs. Foxy Jacky

Poor Foxy Jacky: all she wanted to do was make a hot little video of her getting naughty at a public playground. Unfortunately, some people in the Memphis suburb of Bartlett Grove aren’t too keen on public nudity, though they are keen on tracking down Jacky and making her pay for what she’s done, as the local news makes abundantly clear. Check out Jacky’s video and some Memphis news coverage after the jump.

To us Europeans the attitude of Americans towards nudity is so ridiculous:
We have far less tennage pregnancies,
The divorce rate is way lower than in the US.

Personally, I’ve got no issues with Foxy Jacky playing with her goodies in public and as long as no kids were around. She did it, filmed it, and got away with it.

But legally speaking, she could be prosecuted under the same statutes that targets sex-offenders like the men playing with their goodies in the kids’ park. The law does not make a distinction between porn shoot and pedophile in this situation.

She’d be okay if she had just not mentioned which park and city she was in. I grew up in the south and this is just the sort of thing southern religious wackos love to get bent out of shape about.

I’m betting there will at least be a push to indict her for doing this. I hope Fleshbot will keep an eye on this story and let us know what happens.

And while I’m doing legal analysis – there’s another distinction between the Walmart dude and Foxy, and that is the difference between public and private property. Walmart stores are property owned by a corporation while the park is public property (owned by the citizens of Memphis). Walmart jerker got away with it because the owner of the property couldn’t find patrons who were offended to make the case. And in order to criminally prosecute the Walmart jerker, Walmart the company would’ve had to do a big nationwide search for patrons who were offended in order to make the complaint stick. Bad for PR. It’s easier for the company to ban the Walmart jerker and have security kick him out of every store, and pursue a civil action and sue him for everything he’s got.

In the Memphis park case, the public outcry already exists because of the TV news coverage. And since the park is publicly owned, the entire city could bring a case against her. Foxy could be in trouble if she gets caught.

There is clearly no other crime happening in Bartlett Grove. Sounds like the perfect place to live.

This is Monday-Cooper II. Or III, if you consider the coverage of the hearing to be the sequel.

How much are flights from Cleveland to Memphis? Why, though? ‘Cause Foxy Jacky, you’re going down — not like that — at the hands of Carl Monday.

That’s nothing. Sequoia Redd did shoots in Victoria Park in Ft. Lauderdale and in the Broward County Library where she squirted both locations. You can see them on masturbationompossible.com. Then check out her site sequoiaredd.net
