The New York Times says the nude beach near Sandy Hook, New Jersey is one of the best kept secrets in the New York metro area. Or at least it was before it got written about in the New York Fucking Times. Nice going, jerks! (nytimes.com)

    Nude beaches, like orgies, are something I skirt. While I don’t expect all to be beautiful, the ratio should at least reflect the overall demographic of the region in which the nude beach is located. It doesn’t, though. “Clothing-optional” tends to bring out those who should opt for clothes, & almost always them.

    & Euro beaches are not much better. The vaunted modest immodesty of the Mediterranean littoral really only applies to children under six & retirees over 60. & say what you will for Japan’s burgeoning geriatriporn, none of that, please, in public.
