Scribd is apparently some sort of Web 2.0 (note the missing vowel) document sharing website that has built up quite a following despite the fact that we’ve never heard of it. How did they do it? Porn, of course! So naturally, now that the site is popular (and investors are likely getting nervous) they’ve decided to ban adult content. (That would be upsetting if it wasn’t so typical.)
