So while we were busy this week making Joy Behar jokes and reading about Jenna Jameson’s latest foray into mainstream media, the universe was quietly aligning right under our very noses and lo, presented us with Jenna talking about her career with Joy and the rest of the ladies on “The View” yesterday morning.
After we wrapped our minds around the sight of Jenna Jameson sitting on a couch next to Barbara Walters, we have to say that it was one of the less squirm-inducing pornstar-goes-to-daytime TV moments we’ve seen: Jenna handled her interlocutors with wit and aplomb (including curveball questions by Elisabeth Hasselbeck and Barbara Herself), and looked a heck of a lot better than she did when she told the adult industry to go stick it (or, uh, not stick it) at the AVN Awards three months ago. And “Zombie Strippers” actually looks, you know, sort of funny! Maybe she’ll manage this whole mainstream transition thing after all!
