    Actually, the French have a much better military record than the Americans overall, as determined through an historical examination of the overall success rate of each state’s foreign military campaigns.

    The U.S. army has consistently tended to foul up war after war after war, ever since Anglo-Canadian forces spanked them during the 1812-1815 conflict, and burned down their White House.
