Compared to its splashier counterparts, however, Jim Powers’ latest dark opus “Sodom 4″ is a slender movie with a mere sliver of a story line shot on a relative shoestring of a budget. But despite its modest means, it still manages to straddle the fine line between time worn cliché and essential porn formula 101 by playing up what a many porn fans want to see: it’s rotten with fake breasted porn starlets in ripped body stockings and studded chokers one-upping each other in an endless array of acronym’d sex acts, each more depraved then the next.
Sin City contract star Tory Lane delivers a series of performances with her trademark exuberance (and that filthy mouth of hers), leading her comrades Shyla Stylez, Victoria Sinn, Trina Michaels, Jennifer Dark, and Carmella Bing through a maze of desire and double penetrations. Psychoartsy trappings aside, it really has no other goal other then to get you off with the greatest ecomony possible … and sometimes, that’s all you need.
