But are the accusations true? I’ve been a devoted fan for at least a couple of years now. It’s hard to say, for me, honestly, whether the content has begun a slow and inevitable slide into the abyss. I still enjoy the content of Kotaku, Fleshbot and now, io9 (when they’re not busy eviscerating my mind writing spoilers for my favorite show.) I suppose that counts for something.

I’d like to get the Fleshbot writers’ opinions, if those opinions can be voiced without the risk of firing.

Is “Guanabee” an affiliate of sorts with Gawker? The layout is so similar to Gawker-type sites, and they advertise at Idolator so much, I just figured they were like, y’know…”down”.
