2008_01_10_preport.jpgNever wanting to be too serious about sex around here (because porn is a very serious job, what with all the Creamatorium and Dirt Pipe DVDs we have to analyze for data and posterity), we like to let other team players be serious about all the smooshy, dangly bits. Like respected author and research phsychoanayist Paul Joannides, who now has a legit sex-science podcast covering everything from hymens to lube studies. Go hymens! (thepleasurereport.com)

Luckly Paul was nice enough to send word about this to me during an ordering mishap. It is a really good listen. Despite my exhaustive research into the sex field, the Hymen seemed such a mystery, no more. I recommend listening to it.

P.S. His remark that the Hymen is a Stargate is classic, and not to be missed.

haha, awesome. I love Paul; he’s one of those quietly brilliant guys who has taken over the world with his indy-published sex guide while no one was looking (but everyone’s seen or read The Guide to Getting It On, which is fabulous and translated into like 100 languages, though not yet Klingon or LOL as far as I know).

@Violet: I’m doing my part. Everyone of my friends for either their birthday, x-mas, any good reason, has received a copy of The Guide. It’s the best present a friend could give.
