    Bulgaria for the win seems right, but I cannot slouch on Portugal or Hungary (Magyar!).

    Also, the best underpant has to be Ms Japan-Ass, whose black full-back says ‘dinner’ up-top. Awesome. I wouldn’t even call it engrish, though, since I think her unders are one case of a seemingly inappropriate language usage that the Japanese entirely understand.
