If certain proposed changes to 2257 requirements go through, you won’t be able to upload that nakey pic of yourself to teh MySpace without also submitting a valid photo ID and a whole bunch of personal info, which means that people will have to rely on even more annoying sound files and seizure-inducing page layouts to get attention.
