This girl/girl BDSM flick from New York-based studio Bleu Productions had such a low budget that the plot couldn’t even fit in the movie. Regardless, who needs a plot when single-minded lesbians are slapping the hell out of each other?

Tattooed and mohawked Michelle Aston is especially well cast as a masterful domme and Amber Rayne, who in any other situation is a take-charge kind of performer, has no choice but to play the doe-eyed sub.

While a hastily-shot montage of skateboarders precedes the film, and a skateboard is actually used to roll a bound Rayne around, the title is misleading; Rayne doesn’t look like a sk8rgrrl. But then again, compared with Aston, Mongol hordes would look as if they were plucked from a playground.

What is satisfying about this movie is that it wastes no time, yet Aston and Rayne do develop a relationship through it. There is kissing and embracing in between the serious ass-smacking, nipple clamping, and strap-on action.

I say serious because Aston and Rayne know what they are doing. The movie is not about people pretending to engage in these activities. And Beatty directs in natural light, choosing loving shots of Rayne and Aston, unposed and balletic.

But “Skateboard Kink Freak” is not a feel-good, Up with People lesbian BDSM movie. The soundtrack, by Belgian metalcore band Caldera, is anything but chirpy. I fear lesbian BDSM afficianadas will watch this film and want to kidnap Amber Rayne so that they can don gloves like Aston did and slap Rayne’s ass with abandon. I know I did. Does that make me a lesbian?

    Thank you for the amazing review. To be honest the shoot was one of the most difficult shoots ever as far as obstacles and budget were concerned.

    Amber Rayne was the only performer that I wanted to work with for that movie and I am very lucky to have gotten my top pick. I was also fortunate to pick the camera man and select the location which was really critical. I really can’t stand same old same old porno locations, and anything that deviates from the norm is respected in my book.

    Its high time we get rid of the K-Mart lighting, throw the lube out the window trim the fake nails to the quick and fuck like its the last time you will ever fuck. AMEN to good porn.

    I have only worked in one Vivid Alt movie, “Eastside Story.” There are a lot of companies I *should* work for, but for whatever reason(s) they don’t hire me.

    That’s cool… I have a great toy selection at home and I have the skills to drive myself to homebase as many times as I need to. I love hitting my sexual peak in my thirties. These two titles are the very few that I actually got credited for my hard work: Skateboard Kink Freak (line producer, talent) and Sex Mannequin (assistant director). Usually the directors take my ideas, my talent suggestions, have me be talent and grip and I don’t get credit. Much thanks to Maria Beatty.

    I have a good fanbase, I don’t need millions of fans on myspace. I like walking around not getting recognized everywhere. Baseball caps and hoodies come in handy. However now that I am working more and more in mainstream I am getting recognized. So far so good.
