Clothing-optional Brattleboro, Vermont used to be a haven for cute naked hippies letting it all hang out … until some old guy had to walk down the street wearing nothing but a fanny pack, thus prompting an “emergency ban on public nudity”. (Not that we have any problems with old people taking their clothes off, of course … but the whole fanny pack thing is inexcusable.)
