Rachel Kramer Bussel: How Do You Like It?

Memorial Day Weekend means that May—also known as National Masturbation Month—is almost over. That’s right—only one week left to jerk off! As we approach the end of this most selfish of celebrations, we asked writer, editor and Magic Wand enthusiast Rachel Kramer Bussel to sit down and tell what she thinks is so great about the sport and also share some personal preferences for playing solitaire. Strangely enough, it took us the better part of the month to find someone willing to discuss the love of a lifetime so frankly and openly (and on camera). It shouldn’t be such a big deal to admit to doing what everyone else in the world does with such gusto, but kudos to Rachel anyway for taking the bullet.     As someone who likes to talk about sex a whole lot (My favourite subject no less), this was really great to watch. Not often you get people, male or female, discussing their habits so matter-of-factly. That’s where the internet comes in handy, spares a lot of blushes!

    On a different note, despite the fact I don’t know her, the fact she’s willing to talk like that is extremely attractive. There is such a thing as talking about sex without coming across as a slut, or it being… sexual. Not often people, especially men, can distinguish the difference. Therefore it’s rare to find someone on my wavelength, and all too often I end up coming across as a perv. Ah well, c’est la vie.
