Though we know the name of recently launched sex news vlog Daily Tang is supposed to remind us of all things relating to, you know, poon, we can’t help but think about the gritty orange powdered drink for spacemen instead. But the similarities to spacemen end with the name, because Daily Tang is all about trolling the interwebs for the best (or worst, it’s hard to tell sometimes) in smut and sex culture. (Sound familiar?) Upbeat hostess and porn performer Veronika Raquel talks like she’s winking at you, and though she isn’t topless like the hostesses of some other web-based and European news shows, she’s pretty damn cute. So what if material like iPod-powered vibrators isn’t exactly breaking news? She’s still more fun to look at that anyone we’ve seen on CNN lately. (Except maybe Christiane Amanpour. But then again, we don’t think iPod-powered vibrators fall within Christiane’s realm of journalistic expertise anyway.)
