Porn Picture Downloaders

Ah, the eternal conundrum of internet porn: so many dirty pictures, so little time to view them. That's why we're glad we checked out these two software offerings which allow you automatically download all the smut you want in a way that makes it easy to view, categorize and store ...

We test drove two applications: Nici Downloader for Windows and WebGrazer for Macintosh OSX. Being native Macheads, we wished that WebGrazer would've let us add our own favorite TGP sites as sources; then again, for five bucks we probably shouldn't have expected too much. The much more fully-featured Nici Downloader ($49.95 for full version), on the other hand, is totally customizable and worked just swell on the Windows machine we tested it on.

Both programs are easy to use and guaranteed to be spy- and adware-free (though of course, you should install any application on your computer at your own risk.) If there's one problem, it's that apps like these make it so easy to download free smut you run the risk of running out of hard drive space. If you find yourself in the unenviable position of not having enough porn on your computer, though, you might want to give one of them a try.

Update We've also been told about Pr0nSpider, a Windows app which does pretty much the same thing as the programs described above: it's not as flashy or feature-laden as Nici, but it's free (and open source) and allows users control over the type of content downloaded via keyword input. We haven't tested it ourselves yet, but any user reports are welcome. Thanks for letting us know, Steve!
