Given the fact that resident Jenna Jameson almost singlehandedly proved that Scottsdale, Arisona was more than just Sun Belt retirees and golf resorts, you’d think its citizens would be a little more open minded about welcoming another porn star or two into their community. But apparently, some residents aren’t thrilled that the couple behind popular amateur porn site Wifey’s World may be moving their base of operations from Oregon to tony North Scottsdale; a group called the Northeast Valley Coalition Against Pornography has already started circulating flyers warning folks of the impending moral threat posed by the otherwise unassuming pair (“In order to protect your neighborhood and your children it is imperative that you take action now”). Unless the Ottersons plan to start filming examples of Wifey’s famed oral prowess on their front lawn, we’re not sure exactly what folks in North Scottsdale will be needing to protect their children from; in the meantime, might we suggest a friendly neighborhood discount to that $24.95/month membership fee as a conciliatory gesture? Sure beats sending around a plate of brownies.
