Remember the good old days when the only choices you had in a vibrator was its length and color … and even plebes like us could afford one? (Even if you don’t, please bear with us here for purposes of rhetorical embellishment.) Jimmyjane is a San Francisco-based company who believes that “beauty and quality should touch all aspects of our lives, particularly those that are as fundamental and personal as our sexuality”—which translates to a series of sleek gold, steel, and platinum vibrators, all of which are available with optional engraving and each of which will set you back anywhere from $195 to $475. Since our own efforts to recreate one using one of our old Doc Johnson models and a can of metallic spray paint were unsuccessful, it looks like we can add yet another item to our list of things to save our pennies for someday.
